At Veltriany, we provide customized AI automation, implementation, consulting, and digital services designed around the specific needs of each client.
Because our services may involve planning, configuration, development, integrations, consulting, and other customized work, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms below.
1. Before the Project Starts
If you request a cancellation before Veltriany has started working on your project or service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on whether any preliminary work, analysis, planning, third-party costs, or other project-related activities have already been performed.
2. After Work Has Started
Once work on a project has begun, payments relating to work already performed, resources allocated, project planning, configuration, development, integrations, consulting, or other services already provided are generally non-refundable.
Where appropriate, Veltriany may evaluate partial refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work already completed and costs already incurred.
3. Completed Services
Once a service, implementation, consultation, configuration, digital deliverable, or agreed project milestone has been completed and delivered, the corresponding payment is generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Customized Services
Many Veltriany solutions are customized to the client’s business, workflows, systems, and requirements. Because work may be specifically created or configured for an individual client, customized services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once performance has begun, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Automation Blueprint and Recurring Services
The Automation Blueprint is a paid planning and architecture deliverable for one workflow and does not include a Veltriany CARE subscription. Cancellation or refund requests relating to the Blueprint are evaluated under this policy according to whether work has started, the work already performed, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Where the Blueprint fee is eligible to be credited toward Essential or a higher implementation package, that commercial credit is separate from any statutory refund or cancellation right and applies only under the conditions shown on the applicable service page.
5A. Subscription and Recurring Services
Where a Veltriany service includes recurring billing, maintenance, optimization, monitoring, support, or another subscription-based service, cancellation will apply to future billing periods unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or service terms.
Amounts already charged for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Costs
Certain projects may require third-party software, APIs, licenses, hosting services, platforms, integrations, or other external services.
Fees paid or committed to third-party providers are generally non-refundable by Veltriany and may be deducted from any refund that would otherwise be due.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem with a Veltriany service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve issues relating to services provided by Veltriany.
Issues caused by third-party platforms, external services, client systems, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside Veltriany’s reasonable control may be subject to separate evaluation.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Veltriany through the official contact details provided on our website.
Please include your name, company name where applicable, the service purchased, and a brief explanation of your request.
We will review your request and communicate the outcome as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory legal provisions apply, those provisions will take precedence over this policy.
